Sunday School classes are provided every Sunday throughout the year for children age 3 through grade 6 at 10:00 a.m.  Our goal is to help children grow in faith and discipleship in a loving atmosphere and to participate in missions through service projects to help others.

The Church Nursery (rooms 209-210) is always available at 10:00 for children under age 3.  During the 8:45 & 11:05 a.m. worship services, children age 5 and under may be left in the nursery.  Age appropriate activities include Bible stories, songs, and free play with toys.  Our goal is to provide a safe and pleasant environment for all children as they begin to experience the love of a new family--our St. Luke’s family.

Camps: The Missouri Area Camping Program provides 3 day and 5 day summer camping experiences for children in grades 3-6 at Camp Galilee (El Dorado Springs, MO) and at camp Wilderness (Lawson, MO).  Scholarships are available for St. Luke’s members.  Brochures are available in April.

The Child Care Center* is a full time weekday program for children ages 6 weeks - 5 years.  It is open from 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. throughout the year.  Creative activities, playground fun, breakfast, hot lunch, and a snack are all apart of the daily schedule.  Preschool is included (as space is available) for children who are 3 to 5 years old.  The Center provides a safe, nurturing environment where every child receives individualized attention and guidance in a loving Christian atmosphere.

Day Camp* is a quality summer program for children of working parents with emphasis on recreational and educational activities in an atmosphere of Christian love.  The program is designed for children who have completed Kindergarten - age 12.  It operates daily from 6:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during June - August.

Preschool* is a quality early childhood program designed to encourage the child’s growth through a planned curriculum of many hands-on sensory experiences with a variety of materials and resources.  Sessions are held 8:45 to 11:45 a.m.  The preschool operates September - May.

All children ages 4 - Grade 6 are invited to Vacation Bible School.  It will meet one week in July.
